Important Information
Stock Availability
Please email us in the first instance to check availability before you send payment and we will send you an email confirming that we have got your order and that the product is in stock. If you do not hear from us within two days of sending the email, please phone us on 07948 638053.

 
Colour representation
Please note that colour representation is as accurate as possible, however there may be some slight variation due to the reproductive and photographic techniques used. On images of our beaded designs which have been framed there maybe light patches seen, this is the reflection of the glass frame and not part of the design.

Paying for your purchase

You can purchase our beautiful designs online using paypal (see http://www.paypal.co.uk/ for details)

Cheques
If you would like to send a cheque please email us first for our postal address. Please email info@beadsofparadisedesigns.co.uk. When sending a cheque, please put your card details and address on the back.

Delivery
We will send your purchase to you by Royal Mail using their signed for service. If possible please be able to sign for the parcel or if you know that you will not be in please give an alternative address for your own convenience. Proof of purchase will be retained by us and we will email you reference numbers for your own record.
If the item is in stock we will endeavour to send out your purchase within two days of your payment clearing. If the item is specially commissioned for you, as a courtesy we will let you know how long we think it will take to make and when we would be aiming to post it to you by. Please note that as all items are handmade and not mass produced, at busy times there maybe a bit of a wait. If there is any delay we will email you.

Packaging Material
Where possible we use recycled packaging material for posting and we ensure this is clean and fit for purpose. If your purchase is a gift please let us know and we will include a handmade gift tag, which we can either write for you or leave blank for your own message. Please ask us about this when you email your order.

For UK buyers only, posted to a UK address

Please note that standard postage and packaging is included in the price of your item. For gifts, we will wrap in special wrapping paper and attach a gift tag there is an additional cost of £1.50.

For overseas buyers

Please email us for details of postage costs as postage will be additional to the price of the item.
Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us within seven days and we will discuss a refund or a replacement. Please note that this does not apply to bespoke commissioned items.
